MS9331

MS9331 is a HDMI signal re-timing chip with a maximum signal rate of 3Gbps. It supports both I2S and SPDIF outputs. At the 3Gbps rate, MS9331 can handle HDMI input signals with resolutions of 4K×2K@30Hz and 4K×2K(YCbCr420)@60Hz. It also supports color depths of 10/12/16 bits. The HDMI input side features clock and data recovery functions that adapt to cables of different lengths and qualities, ensuring optimal performance of the TMDS signals transmitted at high rates. The HDMI output side includes pre-emphasis functionality to support long-distance transmission. MS9331 integrates internal EDID RAM and HDCP KEY RAM.
