Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept return requests unless it is due to quality issues.
Please inspect all delivered packages of your order carefully within 3-5 days after receiving them. If there are any issues with the delivered products, please contact our customer service for complaints.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of package delivery. Please provide the Klayers order number, pictures of the product and label, and a detailed description of the issue.
If your package is lost during shipment and confirmed to be lost, we will process the refund.
If products are returned to us without authorization, we will not issue a refund and the return cost must be borne by the customer.
